COURSE

Distances

Triathlon - Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 57 miles and Run 13.1 miles

Aqua Bike - Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles

Swim

The swim starts and finishes at the Port Republic Beach.
The beach is part of the Mullica River Water Shed and is adjacent to a fresh water spillway.
The water is clean and calm with very little current.

This year swim is 2 loops

Bike

The bike ride is on quiet traffic controlled country roads traveling through several historic communities
and Wharton State Forest which is part of the Pinelands Preserve.
The course is mostly flat with several rolling hills. Water will be available at the bike turnaround.

Run

The run is two loops through historic Port Republic. Runners will be on traffic controlled roads that circle the park area and will take you over the old iron bridge. Five stops with water, Gu and Gatorade will be provided.

 

 

Event promoters have the right to alter events, if dictated by weather or other conditions.

Absolutely no entry fee, or portion of entry fee can be refunded, transferred or credited.
Helmets (ANSI or SNELL) are required for the bike.
Water available in transition area and on the run course only.

DIRECTIONS

FROM NORTH:

Garden State Parkway to Exit 48. Take exit ramp to
Route 575. Turn right, go 3.5 miles to park.

FROM WEST:

Atlantic City Expressway to Exit 12.
Take exit ramp to stop sign. Turn left on to Route 575 North. Go 8 miles to Harry Bowen Memorial Park

FROM SOUTH:

Garden State Parkway to mile post 41 to
Atlantic City Service Area.
Follow exit ramp to traffic light at Jim Leeds Road. Turn right go to fourth light (Gourmet Italian Cuisine).
Turn left onto Pitney Road. Go 4 miles to Port Bridge. Go over bridge and follow signs to race.
