All events start and finish 3-4 miles south of Central Ave, Island Beach State Park, Seaside Park, NJ.

Triathlon Distances

1/4 mile swim , 10 mile Bike and 5k Run

Duathlon Distances

2 mile run, 10 mile Bike and 5k Run

  • 7:00 - 8:00 am check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
  • 8:15 am pre-race briefing
  • 8:30 am races start(3-5 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in the Ocean.
The bike and run will be contested on traffic free roads
through scenic island beach state park.
The course is flat and fast.
Swim Course
The swim course will depend on the current on race day but will be in the Ocean
Bike Course
The bike course is goes left or south and is out and back, traffic free and fast and flat

Take exit 82 for RT-37 East toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park
Merge onto RT-37
Merge onto RT-35 South via the ramp to Seaside Park/Island Beach
Turn right at N Central Ave/RT-35 South
proceed to 24th ave and entrance to park

From East
Take RT-70 East stay on route 70 around three traffic circles
roughly about 43-45 miles until lakehurst then take Slight right at RT-37 east
toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park
Merge onto RT-37
Merge onto RT-35 South via the ramp to Seaside Park/Island Beach
Turn right at N Central Ave/RT-35 South
proceed to 24th ave and entrance to park

From South
Take Garden State Pkwy North
Take exit 82 toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park/Island Heights
Merge onto RT-37
